I get such a great workout in the water without feeling overheated and actually feel more energized after the class! This is not your typical water exercise class that you see at the gym with all the older ladies. It's a fun group of moms and moms-to-be who want to stay fit during their pregnancy and get back to their pre-pregnancy size after. The workouts are very challenging, but with Kristy and Samantha's knowledge, you will be confident you are doing exercises that are safe for you and your baby. "I feel and look better than I did pre-pregnancy..."
"I am currently 8 1/2 months pregnant with our second child. Knowing the importance of exercise during pregnancy I was thrilled when I received information about aquaBelly®. Since beginning the classes in my 12th week of my first pregnancy I have increased energy and have toned my body. I feel that I look and feel better than I did pre-pregnancy! I also attribute experiencing no pregnancy symptoms to the weekly classes that uniquely and safely incorporate cardio, aerobics, weight-training, pilates and yoga. While I was taking Post Baby aquaBootcamp following the birth of my son I found out that I was yet again pregnant. I have continued to take aquaBelly® classes throughout this pregnancy & am eagerly awaiting this baby's arrival! aquaBelly® instructors are well trained and know what exercises are appropriate depending on your stage of pregnancy. Not to mention they make exercising achievable and fun! I look forward to my Sunday morning class and it is a fabulous and fun way to start my working week!

"After having my son, I was wondering what I could do to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight. I ran across an ad from aquaBooty® and joined immediately. The first class was more fun than a workout. At least, that is what I initially thought until the next day. I had actually used muscles that I did not even know were there. I kept returning each Sunday because it was such a great workout. Now I'm in my second session and can't imagine not being a member of the class. Although I am not where I would like to be yet, I'm well on my way thanks to my aquaBooty® instructor. I would certainly recommend this workout program to new mommies.
