We all know that exercise is extremely beneficial to our bodies. Not only does it help with keeping a healthy weight and helping us stay in shape, but it can also help with our immune system! So, if exercise helps us improve our immune system in an overcrowded world where germs are spread left and right, why wouldn’t we want to improve on our physical fitness and get started with a weekly exercise routine?
Through exercise, the rate at which we breath is increased which is beneficial in getting rid of bacteria and foreign particles through our lungs. This helps the rate of infection decrease because we are not keeping the bacteria in our bodies as we would if we were not exercising. Another great thing about exercise is that it helps us sweat! We sweat because our bodies are heating up, which is beneficial in the fight against bacteria because these infectious agents do not desire a place with high temperatures. So, just think about how much bacteria you are releasing with every drop of sweat. Working out in the water is also a great way to release these toxins and keep your body heat at a desirable level at the same time. And, because aquaBelly classes are only held in state of the art clean facilities, you can feel at ease knowing that you’re getting a great workout without any added germs. On a final note, stress is a big aspect of illness, and through exercise, we can reduce our stress levels, and once again, continue the fight against infections and colds. As women, we have a desire to be the best we can be, and the last thing we need is a cold getting in our way. It is time that we join the revolution in fitness and health and begin an exercise routine that you are dedicated to and will stick to each week.
