Water Fitness For Moms & Moms-To-Be
Are you looking for a fun & safe way to stay fit throughout your pregnancy? Our classes are conducted in the water and are based upon the ACOG guidelines for safe exercise during pregnancy and beyond. We mix yoga, pilates, dance, weight training and aerobic exercise to give you a well-balanced, full body fitness class each time you come. Each aquaBelly® class is a mix of different exercises so you’ll never get bored and we play fun music to keep your momentum throughout the class and most importantly, we keep a close eye on the form of our participants so they get a good workout. Exercise is proven to aid fertility as well, so our classes are also great for those “trying”.

"I am currently 8 1/2 months pregnant with our second child. Knowing the importance of exercise during pregnancy I was thrilled when I received information about aquaBelly®. Since beginning the classes in my 12th week of my first pregnancy I have increased energy and have toned my body. I feel that I look and feel better than I did pre-pregnancy! I also attribute experiencing no pregnancy symptoms to the weekly classes that uniquely and safely incorporate cardio, aerobics, weight-training, pilates and yoga. While I was taking Post Baby aquaBootcamp following the birth of my son I found out that I was yet again pregnant.
