Our classes are conducted in the water and are based upon the ACOG guidelines for safe & effective exercise. Our HIIT style classes focus on toning your core & booty to get your best body ever.
We mix weight training, pilates, dance, and aerobic exercise to give you a well-balanced, full body 50 minute fitness class each time you come. Each aquaBooty™ class is a mix of different exercises so you'll never get bored and we play fun music to keep your momentum throughout the class and most importantly, we keep a close eye on the form of our participants so they get a great workout. Since classes are in the water you can kick your workout up a notch, feeling refreshed & invigorated!

After having my son, I was wondering what I could do to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight. I ran across an ad from aquaBooty® and joined immediately. The first class was more fun than a workout. At least, that is what I initially thought until the next day. I had actually used muscles that I did not even know were there. I kept returning each Sunday because it was such a great workout. Now I'm in my second session and can't imagine not being a member of the class. Although I am not where I would like to be yet, I'm well on my way thanks to my aquaBooty® instructor. I would certainly recommend this workout program to new mommies.
